Ltd “R-Radio” has presented GNCC with information requested during the process of case study– recent week’s continuous record of broadcast net and an explanatory statement.

Based on highly anticipated public interest, the statement letter submitted to the Commission by Ltd “R-Radio” is fully published (In Georgian).

At the same time the violation of N B104 broadcasting license term by Ltd “R-Radio” has been outlined and on this basis the Commission has initiated relevant administrative proceedings.

Georgian National Communications Commission will discuss the issue during one of the nearest public meeting.
