GNCC added amendments in the rule of allocation for cost accounting methodology distribution by authorized persons.

 The rule for calculating the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) of the service tariffs has changed, along with the formula for determining the cost accounting for the capital employed.

In regards to such changes, the WACC for regulated activities shall be determined by the Commission’s resolution. Thereby, the commission may use the services of consulting and audit firms for WACC cost accounting reasons.

In compliance with the resolution N 5 made on April 20, 2006, “The rule of allocation for cost accounting methodology by authorized persons “ added article 211, defining the rules of allocation for mean capital employed among types of services.
