On August 12, the Commission has announced a tender for the purchase of consultancy services in order to determine the value of the resource in 800/900/1800/2100/2600 MHz available frequency ranges.

Within the framework of existing project based on methodologies practiced in EU member states (benchmarking and business modeling,)following shall be established:

·  To determine the market value of the resource in 800/900/1800/2100/2600 MHz frequency range and the relative value of the range.

·  To calculate the market value price for modifying 1 MHz frequency spectrum licenses (for up to 15 years and in accordance with the principle of technological neutrality and services.)

·  To determine the starting price of the radio spectrum frequency resource for the auction submission.

The winner of the tender must meet the qualification requirements specified in the tender documentsdetermined by the commission.

The bidders must submit a bid for the tender documents through electronic system of public procurement on September 2, at 15:00 pm.
