At the preparatory session held on February 17, 2015, GNCC has begun proceedings based on a complaint submitted by TV company “Rioni” against TV company “Mega- TV.”

TV company “Rioni” is disputing the violation of license terms and conditions of the geographical boundaries of broadcasting by TV company “Mega-TV,” also, violation of the law “on Broadcasting” and the practice of improper advertising.

Substantive session to discuss the issue will be held at GNCC on February 26, 2015 at 15:00 pm. The session is open to the public.
