GNCC has prolonged broadcasting license validity terms for TV company “TV3,” “ Pirveli Radio” and radio “Green Wave” for the next 10 years.

The validity term for private general broadcasting N B84 license using satellite systems for “TV3” Ltd has been prolonged for the next 10 years. The company has presented document confirming the payment of a license fee (2000 GEL).

The validity term for N B79 private general radio broadcasting license of  “Radio Company Pirveli Radio” Ltd, under which the company broadcasts in Batumi, Kutaisi, Senaki, Akhaltsikhe, Gori and Marneuli, has been prolonged for the next 10 years. In accordance with the Commission’s pre-defined schedule, the company has to make a payment of a license fee totaling 36 855 GEL in the State Budget of Georgia.

TV-Radio company “Green Wave” Ltd within a scope of N B75 private general license broadcasts in the following cities and towns: Gori, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Batumi, Telavi, Borjomi, Bakuriani, Akhalkalaki, Akhaltsikhe, Pasanauri, Gudauri, Stepantsminda, Dmanisi, Tskharo and Chiatura. The license validity term of the above mentioned radio broadcaster has been prolonged for the next 10 years and the company, in accordance with the Commission’s pre-defined schedule has to make a payment of a license fee totaling 67 392 GEL in the State Budget of Georgia.
