GNCC has warned “Public Broadcaster” during the session held on March 26.

Every Saturday, at 19:00 pm, the “Public Broadcaster” airs a program called “Etaloni” through the 1^st channel. On February 14 and 21, 2015, during the program, the sponsorship block was placed where it was indicated that on one hand the program was supported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs Patrol Police Department of Georgia, and on the other hand, by the Academy of MIA.

In accordance with the Georgian Law “on Broadcasting,” pursuant to paragraph 1, Article 67, an administrative body, member of collegial administrative body or a public servant, political party, a leader of political party or an official, coalition of political parties or a block, and other electoral subjects are prohibited to sponsor programs.
