The Commission will make a decision to impose administrative sanctions on “R – Radio” Ltd on December 23
At GNCC, the current administrative process on imposing administrative sanctions on “R – Radio” Ltd has been delayed again.
The public discussion on case will be resumed on December 23, 2014 at 16:00 pm. The session will be attended by the representatives from “R – Radio” Ltd, also, the head of International Information Agency “News Georgia” Ltd - EleneImedashvili, and by co-worker of the same agency AnatoliLaskhishvili.
As a reminder, few weeks ago, the Commission began to study the launch of broadcasting of radio “Sputnik” in 101.4 MHz frequency band based on information spread via media. As a result, the violation of broadcasting license N B104 terms by “R – Radio” Ltd was outlined.
