The deadline for submission of documents of the Radiofrequency Spectrum Licence seekers at the Georgian National Communications Commission expired today. Only one company “Blacksea Telecom “ Ltd is willing to participate in the Auction.

The Georgian National Communications Commission announced the Auction for acquisition of the right to use the Radiofrequency Spectrum Licence on the basis of the Commission’s Decision №651/8, of October 31, 2008. The Auction will be held on December 12, 2008, at 13:00. The initial price of the resource use is 1,862,502,03 GEL. The Auction bid is the payment of 5% of the initial amount of the licence fee, rounded to the whole number 93,126 GEL.
