Today at the special session held at the Georgian National Communications Commission, the Commission consisting of three Commissioners changed the time of the hearing session planned to be held on February 21, 2013, at 13:00.  Hearing session of competition for issuing radio broadcasting licenses in 12 administrative units will be held on February 21, 2013, at 18:30 instead of 13:00.
