Tusheti has digital terrestrial Free-to-Air TV broadcasting

The coverage of digital terrestrial Free-to-Air network area in Georgia is still in progress. The owner of national TV network “TV-Radio Center” Ltd has installed a new radio-relay link in Tusheti, in particular, on Abanos Qedi range. Also, new digital terrestrial Free-to-Air TV station has been installed in the Omalo village which shall operate using solar energy.

Omalo residents have an opportunity to receive following Georgian channels: 1st Channel (HD quality), 2nd Channel and Adjara TV.

In order to receive TV broadcasting, it is required to have set-top-box and decimeter range antenna.
