Public administrative proceedings on modification of the license of TV and Radio Company Rioni Ltd commenced at the session held today at the Georgian National Communications Commission. TV and Radio Company Rioni Ltd applies that the technical specifications of the private broadcasting license NB73 be modified in a way that would enable the company to distribute its broadcasting net worked out within the framework of the above mentioned license through the terrestrial and orbital stations of broadcasting satellite systems. A public hearing regarding the issue will be held at GNCC on July 27, 2012, at 16:00. The Commission will make its decision within 10 working days after the public hearing.
