35.5% of Georgian consumers were using Samsung phones in 2024, while 22% were using Apple phones
The 2024 Activity Report of the Communications Commission presents the distribution of mobile devices in Georgia by manufacturer. Samsung still accounts for the highest share of mobile devices in Georgia with 35.5%, which is 1.8% less than in the previous year.
As for the other manufacturers, the share of Apple users increased by 2.2% year-over-year to 22%. Xiaomi’s share decreased by 0.9% to 13.8%, while the share of Microsoft/Nokia users fell by 4.4% to 2.2%. Huawei’s share decreased by 0.8% to 3.3%, while Lenovo’s share remained unchanged at 0.5%. LG’s share decreased by 0.1% to 0.2%, while the shares of Sony/Ericsson and ZTE decreased by 0.1% each to 0.1%. TCT’s share remained unchanged at 0.1%, while HTC’s share decreased by 0.07% to 0.03%. The combined share of other mobile devices increased by 6.1% to 22.2%.
