A new book on telecommunications, co-authored by ComCom Advisory Board member Professor Sergo Shavgulidze and titled  Communication through Low Earth Orbit Satellites, has been published with the support of the Communications Commission. 

The scientific publication covers topics such as new technologies and the prospects of research into low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite communication systems. It also presents the main technical challenges and findings related to the integration of LEO satellites into a global wireless communication platform, based on the latest scientific advances. 

The Communications Commission has already helped publish more than 10 books on telecommunications by members of its advisory board. The books serve to identify challenges in the field of telecommunications and develop the industry.
