The Communications Commission has issued a written caution to BMG, Alt-Info, Kvemo Kartli TV and Radio Company, Marneuli TV, Media Centre for Open Abkhazia, Advertising of the Future, Imperia, Voice of Abkhazia, Med FM and Media Group for violating the Election Code of Georgia. 

According to the Election Code, a broadcast licence holder or authorised broadcaster must, not later than 5 calendar days from the 60^th day before polling, for the purpose of publishing on the website of the Communications Commission, submit information on airtime tariffs for the paid pre-election advertising campaign. The aforementioned broadcasters submitted the required information after the set deadline of 1 September. 

Due to the fact that the broadcasters in question had not committed a similar violation during the past year, the Commission issued them with a written caution in accordance with the legislation.
