ComCom Creates a Calendar for Authorised Undertakings in the Telecom Sector

The Communications Commission has developed a calendar for filling out statistical reporting forms for authorised undertakings in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors, which is published on the ComCom website. The new tool will provide all authorised or licensed entities with an additional opportunity to monitor the deadlines for filling out the forms, so that companies can fulfill their obligations under the legislation on time. 

In accordance with the Law of Georgia on Electronic Communications and the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting, license holders and/or authorised undertakings must fill out statistical reporting forms approved by the Commission. With the new tool, companies will be able to easily find the statistical form which they have to submit according to a specific periodicity. 

The ComCom website now features a special section – Calendar for Authorised Undertakings – where a simple search system allows any interested person to search for mandatory forms by form number, name and content. All forms have deadlines. The section contains around 90 forms, which include detailed information about the activities in the electronic communications and broadcasting sectors, including revenues, investments, financial indicators, complaints, tariff plans, broadcasting network, financing, and more.
