ComCom Holds a Seminar on Electronic Auctions in Kobuleti and Khelvachauri

As part of the Digital Support Programme, the Communications Commission has trained the representatives of local authorities in the municipalities of Kobuleti and Khelvachauri in using the National Agency of State Property (NASP) portal eAuction.ge. The seminar discussed the purpose and capabilities of the portal, and the rules of its use. The meeting was chaired by the head of the Strategic Development Department of NASP Ketevan Kiknadze.

Apart from providing training modules for digital literacy and safe use of the internet, the Digital Support Programme facilitates the use of state electronic services by the population in rural areas, and organises the relevant seminars in this field.

The Log-in Georgia project is co-funded by the World Bank and the European Investment Bank. It is being implemented to support the Georgian State Internetization Programme. The project aims to provide around 500,000 people in 1000 villages and rural settlements in Georgia with access to affordable high-quality internet services, as well as to help develop digital skills and facilitate the use of digital services.
