The Media Academy of the Communications Commission organised a TV product management, production optimisation and creative team management seminar for TV producers. The two-day meeting was chaired by the BBC Change and Improvement Manager Natia Abramia, who shared her extensive experience with the participants.

During the seminar, participants learned about the different stages of TV production on the basis of practical examples. They also received detailed information on important topics such as the processing of ideas, improving the news focus, task-setting, pre-interviews and the effective use of pre-arranged framework, standards and guidelines.
