ComCom Media Academy Holds a Seminar on “AI and Its Use in the Media”

The Media Academy of the Communications Commission held a seminar for journalists and students interested in the field of journalism, titled “Artificial Intelligence and its Use in the Media.” The seminar was chaired by data analyst and AI specialist Irakli Gogatishvili, who holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Turin and has many years of experience in creating AI systems.

During the meeting, the trainer talked about what artificial intelligence is and how it works, as well as how AI is used in various fields and media outlets. In addition, the participants were introduced to the most popular and practical AI tools, as well as the methods for detecting ‘deep fakes’ and fake news. The Media Academy issued certificates to the participants of the seminar.
