The Media Lab of the Communications Commission has identified the winners of the “Ideadrome” contest, which aims to discover digital media startups and help them realise their ideas. The winners received cash prizes of GEL 5000, GEL 3000 and GEL 2000.

One-off task delegation platform Wempler took the first place. Rocketman, a platform created to simplify communication in the digital space, took second place. VRTalk, a game created to develop people's skills, took third place. Contest participants, with the help of professional mentors, studied the issues necessary for refining and developing a startup idea, such as idea validation, prototyping, creating a business model, managing a team, solving financial or legal issues necessary for a startup, and presenting the idea to investors.

This was the sixth edition of “Ideadrome.” Previous participants of the contest have already managed to realise their ideas and take their products on the international market.
