The Media Lab of the Communications Commission has trained participants of the startup idea contest “Ideadrome” in organisational management and conflict resolution. The seminar was presented by the Executive Director of the Leadership Development Institute and PCC mentor Gvantsa Barabadze, who shared her own experience with the startuppers.

As part of the contest, the 5 chosen teams with the best startp ideas will spend a week working with professional mentors, discussing important topics such as validating the idea, creating a prototype and a business model, team management, dealing with financial and legal issues, and presenting the idea to the investors. The intensive training will be followed by the announcement of the winners. The contest has a prize pool of GEL 10,000.

The aim of “Ideadrome” is to discover digital media startups, and to help improve, develop and realise their ideas.
