As part of the Digital Support Programme, the Communications Commission held a meeting with representatives of target villages in the Municipality of Chokhatauri. Target locations include the villages of Bzholieti, Burnati, Vaziani, Zoti, Kokhnari, Sachamiaseri, Kvabgha, Kvemo Kheti, Chkhakaura, Khevi and Nabeghlavi. Seminars are due to start in May. Participants will learn to search for information, create and use e-mail, use Google Maps and Google Translator, share locations and use online communication tools. 

The Digital Support Programme is part of the Log-in Georgia project, which is designed to support the Georgian State Internetization Programme. The project aims to teach the rural population in Georgia proper and effective use of the internet. The programme has also been implemented in the municipalities of Kobuleti and Khelvachauri, where more than 1000 beneficiaries have already been trained in digital literacy and safe use of the internet.
