“Mistakes and Opportunities” – ComCom Media Lab Seminar for Startuppers
The Media Lab of the Communications Commission held a practical training session for budding startuppers, titled “From the Idea to the Product: Mistakes and opportunities.” The meeting was chaired by Kernel co-founder and entrepreneur Beka Dalakishvili, who shared his experience with the aim of helping startuppers avoid making common mistakes in the early stages.
The training covered topics such as the gathering and effective management of a team, building a strong work culture, the art of distributing tasks within the team, selecting the right co-founder, and ways to attract the first investment. Additionally, participants took part in a practical seminar where they worked on creating an ideal customer profile (ICP), value propositions, MVP and user questionnaire.
By discussing the common mistakes and sharing the tried and tested strategies, the event served to help budding and future startuppers, founders and innovators transform their ideas into successful products with minimal obstacles.
For more than four years, the Media Lab has been holding important lectures and seminars to support and promote startups.
