Mobile Service Revenues Increased by GEL 42 Million for “Magticom,” by 35 Million for “Silknet,” and by 14 Million for Cellfie Mobile
According to the 2023 Activity Report of the Communications Commission, revenues collected by mobile operators from retail services increased by GEL 92 million year-on-year to a total of GEL 788 million in 2023, with Magticom accounting for 49% of the revenues, Silknet for 35% and Cellfie Mobile for 16%.
Magticom’s mobile service revenues increased by GEL 42 million year-on-year to a total of GEL 385 million. Silknet collected GEL 275 million in revenues – 35 million more than in 2022. Cellfie Mobile’s revenues increased by 14 million to a total of 127 million.
According to last year’s data, the average revenue per user (ARPU) increased by 8% year-on-year to GEL 12.8. In terms of individual operators, Magticom’s APRU grew by GEL 0.5 to GEL 14.6, Silknet’s APRU increased by GEL 1.2 to GEL 13.3, Cellfie Mobile’s APRU increased by GEL 1.2 to GEL 8.9, and Hallo’s APRU increased by GEL 1.5 to GEL 8.5.
