Communications Commission member Natia Kukuladze and Webster University professor Thomas Kleiner have held a masterclass on the topic of media communications at the Georgian campus of Webster University. During the seminar, Ms Kukuladze talked about the importance of strategic communications and media literacy. She presented examples that demonstrated why organisations should create and implement strategic communications systems. She highlighted the important role of strategic communications in crisis communication. 

Another major topic of the masterclass was disinformation and fake news. Natia Kukuladze talked about the mechanisms for tackling disinformation and the ways to identify fake news. She provided students with detailed information about media literacy skill development needs.   

Together with Natia Kukuladze, the masterclass was presented by Webster University professor and TEK International founder and CEO Thomas Kleiner. During the training, Mr. Kleiner talked about the importance of dialogue and exchange of opinions between individuals, associations and nations.
