The Communications Commission has granted “Formula Multimedia” authorisation for specialised entertainment and educational broadcasting. The TV station applied for authorisation on May 30. The Commission studied the submitted documents in detail, after which “Formula Multimedia” was registered as a private specialised broadcaster in the departmental register of authorised persons. 

The channel will start broadcasting by July 15, 2023. “Formula Multimedia” will be obliged to comply with the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting, including all decisions and decrees of the Commission and the terms of authorisation. 

Founders of “Formula Multimedia” are the founders and shareholders of “Formula TV” as well.
