Starting from today, Caucasus Online has a new special manager. The Communications Commission has appointed Tamta Tepnadze to the position of special manage, replacing Tamar Bokuchava. The Commission took this decision upon Ms Bokuchava’s request to be relieved of her duties as special manager. 

Tamta Tepnadze is an international lawyer with five years work experience g in the communications sector. From 2014 until 2019, she held the position of the Communications Ombudsman. She has 14 years of work experience both in public and private sectors. Ms Tepnadze was the Assistant  of the Director in Legal Matters at the law firm Aries and Onay International Export, managed legal affairs at Ucgen Georgia, held the position of legal advisor at  the organizationArticle 42 of the Constitution, was chief specialist at the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, headed the primary structural unit of the economic agency of the Oni Municipality Mayor’s Office and was the Executive Manager of Elixir Georgia. For years, Tamta Tepnadze participated in telecom projects both at local and international levels. 

A special manager has been appointed at Caucasus Online until the company reverses the unlawful sale of its shares.
