GNCC has issued written warnings on entities authorized for the transit of broadcasting - ”Geo-TV” Ltd, “Alliance TV” Ltd and “TV Era” Ltd  for the re-transmission of certain broadcasting channels without proper permits and licenses.

GNCC has reviewed a complaint submitted by “GYLA” against “Studio Maestro” Ltd.

GNCC has made a decision to suspend broadcasting authorizations to “Ray Light” Ltd, “"Economists and Entrepreneurs Fund" Ltd, “Music Box Georgia” Ltd, “TV-Company Kutaisi” Ltd, “Neverland TV” Ltd and to physical persons Sopio Kuchava and Hamlet Gegia.

In accordance with the decision of GNCC,“GR COM” Ltd has been announced as a winner of the auction announced for the issuance of a license for the usage of radio frequency spectrum in the city of Tbilisi.
