GNCC has begun proceedings in regards to the complaint submitted by TV-Company “Rioni” against TV-Company “Mega TV.” 

The “Newspaper Batumelebi” has addressed GNCC with a complaint against the Georgian Patriarchate Television “Ertsulovneba.”

GNCC has granted numbering resource - 2015 to the organizing committee of the “European Youth Olympic Festival Tbilisi 2015”for managing its hotline.

GNCC, under the Decree N882 of April 24, of the Government of Georgia, has begun to investigate an issue in regards to the support of “GDS TV” provided by the Ministry of Defense of Georgia.

GNCC, in accordance with the decision made on March 26 has announced a contest in the city of Bolnisi to issue private-general radio broadcasting license at 107.3 FM.

GNCC has begun proceedings regarding the complaint submitted by “The Eurasia Partnership Foundation” NNLP against TV companies “Rustavi 2” and “Trialeti.”

GNCC has issued a permit to use numbering resources based on request submitted by “IntelPhone” Ltd.

At the session held on April 23, GNCC has issued written warning upon cable operator “Mze” Ltd.

GNCC didn’t impose any sanctions against TV company “GDS.”

At the session held on April 16, GNCC has issued written warnings upon “Orbita 2005” Ltd, “Dani Computers” Ltd and “Goldnet” Ltd.
