One of the most significant functions of GNCC is the governance of radio frequency spectrum and provision of its efficient usage on the Georgian territory, implementation of innovative communications technologies and optimal allocation of radio spectrum.

GNCC, the Commission’s broadcasting regulation department employees and a Press-Secretary, with a support of the Council of Europe, will undergo pre-election monitoring trainings, for two days in Kakheti, at the hotel  Chateau Mere.

GNCC has issued a written warning on “YOURNET” Ltd.

 GNCC has issued a written warning on a radio owned by “Momavlis Reklama” Ltd by the brand name – “Radio Dardimandi” for violating the rules of commercial advertising.

GNCC has been addressed by “Gorda” Ltd with a request to carry out the modification into private-general   TV broadcasting. An application submitted by the company noted, that “Gorda” Ltd was willing to carry out private-specialized (musical) TV broadcasting.
